Medical claim for private hospital treatment

Sir,
I am a central govt employee of CISF. the hospital facilities may be availed from the undertaking(PSU) where the CISF is deployed. I am staying in bachelor accommodation and my dependents are staying in my native place. As my dependents are staying in native place, they are unable avail the medical facility at PSU where i am presently posted.
So i took medical treatment for my dependents in private hospital at my native place as govt hospital treatment is very poor . After treated, i submitted medical claim in my department . But my department has rejected my medical bills as it was not from govt hospital. And instructed that your dependent should treated from PSU where you are posted.
In this situation, how can take treatment for my dependents.
Kindly help me Sir.

you are required to get treatment from govt hospital . if no govt hospital is nearby you have to obatin permission to seek treatment in pvt hospital . only then will your bills be sanctioned

you should have get the permission prior to go private hospital , bcz the department have strict rules to follow for the same, if any officer given sanction then they r answerable to the hirer

You may better check the provisions of medical claim rules of the CISF, if it has framed separately than the Central Services Medical Attendance (CSMA) Rules, as applicable to the Cenral Government employees. However, if the CSMA Rules are also applicable to the CISF personnel, you would be required to see the conditions for treatment from private hospitals, as have been prided under the provisions of the CSMA Rules.

What are the rules for CISF? I believe you require a NoC for treatment in private hospital.
