sir
my father in law buy or (taking possision on new construted house) the home on pagdi basis
befor taking possession on that property which legel doc. we have check and in that matter what is possibility of prctical problem as per your experinace of advcovt viwe ???/..

kindly advise the your valuble suggestion to me

months rent as deposit on ur name by landlord.

but that building are legal doc and mucipal corportion (cc of building )and surve no this information also know to us ...and how many rs stamp peper used to pagdi agrement and what mean couse we have read in agreement ...

rent receipt . in addition agreement between landlord and tenant is required to be compulosy registered atleast in maharashtra

but sir i have been see pagdi agreement who get the possession and this agreement made on 100 rs stamp paper and in marathi typing and in stamp vender seal and not ragister of seal i have seen

well if you want to protect yourself then always have rent agreement duly stamped and regsitered .

check all the related document and confirmed the property is belongs who is going to give pagdi. Make rental agreement and better to reg it

but sir when rented agreement are register in gov office that time that house all legel doc provide by house owner /??/
