Fictitious affidavit

Sirs,
My father during his life time has given 102 sq,y of vacant land opportune to building built by him.Entire property is his self acquired,all my siblings,mother ave signed on the Notarized Family settlement deed in March 1995,and i built a house in 1998,with plan,electricity and water connections on my name.
After demise of parents,brothers started quarreling with me saying,entire property to be shared equally among all including my house built on gifted land.
Unable to bare their grunt,i got validated the Family settlement deed by paying stipulated amount as penalty to District Registrar in March 2012.and approached court for a partition suit.
now they have created a false fabricated document notarized on my father's name back dating May 1995,as if my father stating that he has not alienated to any body and produced in court.
1) Now how do i prove that such an affidavit is fabricated and false one.
2)Is such document valid in court after 16 years.
3) Any authorized body is there to verify veracity of such false documents?
Please clarify my questions as the matter is posted on 26 April.

refer document to handwriting expert . it will show signature is false and forged .

you have family settlement deed signed in 1995 . after 16 years they a re raising bogey that no such settlement took place. it would be difficult for them to prove that no such settlement has taken place
