after filing of suit summons were issued defendent appeared not filed w/s defence struck of arguements of plaintiff took place evidence ex parte held defendent remain absent through out. what will be next stage. if judgement passed can it be set aside

If the defendants take earnest efforts with petitions to set-aside ex-parte decree and if the court was convinced, ex-parte decree can be set-aside and the defendants may get opportunity to contest the case.

Definitely, The defendant can file petition to set aside the exparte decree on a reasonable ground.
