Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 01 February 2012 This query is : Resolved
company A has been merged with company B vide court order properly. All the movable property and immovable property is located in different areas.
whether all the property has to be re-registered/transfer separately in favor of company B? by mean of separate registered documents?
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 01 February 2012
No. there is no requirement of re-registration of initiating separate transfer process as court decree is sufficient for this purpose wherein the entire properties of merged company have been treated as of company wherein it has merged.
