My son is separated from wife for the past 12 months.Judicial separation case was put by my son-Mediation failed in December .Wife has put only maintaince case. She is earning approx.45k per month,(net salary) Bank statment available.

What could be next. He wants divorce to get rid of her. Next hearing in February.The girl is not ready to divorce.

if she is earning around rs 45k per month the court may not award her maintenace .

if your son wife is not willing to divorce it may take some timefor your son to get divorce

If wife's income is sufficient to maintain herself then court will not pass any order for maintenance.

Unless the income of the husband are dramatically high, there are no scope of maintenance to the wife in this case.

Why did your son put a case of JS, he should have put divorce directly, as the time taken is almost the same.
