dear sir
i have partnership firm in name of Royal Marketting
and its unregistered firm.
unregistered partnership can file suit for cheque bounce if yes means please give me rooling about this .

I filed a case of 138 NI ACT now that case stage is – my cross examination
My opposite lawyer asking me present all account books means cash book sales book.
And I all ready submit all bill books and I tried to submit computerate account statement that time my opposite lawyer told objection that computerate account statement will not submitted without account books or cd
So please intimate me its compulsory to submit account books or any rooling for not submitting account books

please help me in this matters

Royal Marketing can file complaint u/s 138 n i act.

Royal Marketing can not file civil suit, being unregistered.
ni is criminal complaint. so u can file

No need to submit any books and etc etc.
Burden to prove is on accused, not on complainant, and u cannot be compelled by court.

Now a days aalmost all records and books are maintaining by software mode and all govt departments are accepted that mode of print. So just ask your lawyer to explain such way Now our govt are almost keep records by computerise so it also acceptable records

dear sir
my opposite lawyer put a application for my cross recall and that is formal application and all ready accused statement is completed so can court will allow that application for cross me or that will reject pls inform me pls
