can a f.i.r. file if already n.c.r. file in same matter? mere room me us time chori hue thi jab 3 log usi room me so rahe the mai us time apane home gaya hua tha chori me mera laptop, mob. bags etc. chala gaya police ko bulaya gaya police aae ,i.o. bhi aaya crime team bhi aae use koi evidance nahi mila un logo ne kaha ki f.i.r. yadi karate ho to tumhe j.m. ke pas jana parega aur n.c.r. karate ho to tumhe j.m. ke pas nahi gana pardega aur saman mil jawega un loga ne n.c.r kara diya aur usme dikha diya ki byke se gir gaya... ppdj5jlwqp m mwkimmmmgojlggjkgi

no, you should have file a FIR, otherwise forget your consumables.

Go and file an FIR. If the police does not co-operate, then take the complaint to the superior officer.
