House was given on rent for 3 years with rider to renew every 11 months.After 2 yrs tenant was asked to vaccate as he stopped paying rent.Case was filed in civil court were tenant produced a false undated un witnessed recepit of 3 lakhs that a deal was made and amount was paid to my son with a forged sig of my son.City doesnot have rent control act.District court has asked him to vaccate in 2 months which he has not done, further he has filed a appeal in highcourt simulataneously we have filed a caveat.It is unlikely to be prossesed and we may be able to get final evacuation order before any hearing in highcourt. How to proceed and get him evacuated without unlawful means

you will have to wait for hearing and final disposal of the appeal by high court . inorder to pressurise you could have filed criminal complaint of cheating , forgery against him

Thanks!Is It possible to evacuate before hearing comes up in high court as he has no Stay so far and it may take some time for the court to call for the appeal.

Thanks! We are in process of getting eviction order from district court. Will that order be active if appeal is not heard by highcourt by that time.If noy why?

Sir,
This is regarding the house I gave it on rent for three years.I filed a eviction petition in the district court and court has give a final verdict to vacate the house and pay the rent.We have the order in our hand and we need to get the tenant out of the house.Do we need to approach for police help through the court or we can approach the nearest police station?.As the dates for closing of the court is 11 may what should be our course of action.Thanks for your opinion
