Pagdi house right

Hi sir,
My family has been staying in a pagdi property for more than 55 years now. The area is not under slum. We have 2 commercial offices of 200 sq ft each & two rooms of 200 sq ft each. The builder who has purchased the land from landlord is ready to give us only the existing area per room.

Is there any law for tenant under pagdi system regarding the minimum area that they should get? please explain the rights that we have as tenants. What all other benefits should we ask our builder to give.

I too agree with Mr.Barman.And contact Mr. V R SHROFF who might surely be having some thing precious in his kitty as he is in city
where PAGADI SYSTEM is followed.
