Delay condon application

By tying mistake, in delay condon application print a wrong time of delay in file a restitution application, now the matter is on hearing stage. what i do in this matter?

The registry will calculate the number of delays then only the condone delay petition will be numbered.

In Chennai we used to leave the number of days blank, the registry will fill it up and number it or we will fill it up after hearing from the registry.

So, no fault on your side, it can be cured at the time of hearing.

I dont think a rejoinder is needed.
