I am a junior advocate and i have draft a notice on behalf of my client whos husband not taking her and her baby responsbility i am sending u my notice pls check and correct me if i am wrong any where my client wants to be with her hausband .

1. Under instruction from and on behalf of My Client, Mrs. Manjula Dinesh Raval, Aged 30 Years, Residing at, 2/2 Avichal Building, Sanghani Estate, LBS Marg, Ghatkopar (West), Mumbai-400086. I have to address you as follows:

2. That My Client is your legally wedded wife. Your marriage with My Client has been solemnized at Rajasthan on 05/06 / 2006 according to Hindu religion, Vedic rites and ceremonies in the presence of friends, relatives and family members of both the parties.

3. That after your marriage to My Client, you resided and cohabitated with my client for about one and half years, in Surat

4. That out of the said wedlock, My Client begotten a daughter named Jenny, on April 2008.

7. That in April 2008 My Client gave birth to a baby child at her matrimonial home and after the birth of baby child my client visit to her paternal home to receive god blessing from her mother and father for her baby child.
8. That since 2008 my client is leaving with her baby child at her paternal home as you didn’t came to take her back to her matrimonial home so many times she tried to contact you but you didn’t gave any answer to her which reason my client don’t know.
9. That taking into consideration the very delicate relationship between My Client and Yourself and also giving second thought to the future of the yours baby My Client does here by call upon you to resume cohabitation with her within 7 days from the receipt of this notice however, if you don’t want to maintain married realitons with my client ,you must state within the aforsaid stipulated period about valid grounds behind your intentions for not keeping your legal family with you.”

Grammatical error is not a big issue. matter is why such notice should be sent as the same is not legally required to be sent by a wife to her husband as she directly can go to family court under section 9 for RCR.
