Accentral property

(Querist) 22 November 2011 This query is : Resolved
sir,
My grand mother(i.e my father mother) gave her property(i.e acentural property) to me by registered WILL by putting my father as guardian on that property for his life time.My grand mother & my father both expired.Probate of WILL not required in my state.I have one own sister & also I am married & my family members are wife,2 sons. Now my doubt is
1)Whether the property obtained to me is now SELF Acquired or Accentral property to me
2)Is there any equal rights on that property for my sister OR for my family members with me
sanjeev murthy desai (Expert) 22 November 2011
1. self acquired property
2. None have any rights and you are absolute owner of such property.

PLZ clarify this doubt also
1)My mother got property through Registerecd WILL of year 1995 from her mother which is actually acentral property, now my grand mother is expired on year 2000.Now my mother got ownership rights on said property. My question is
1)We are 2 daughters & 1 brother. So whether we have any share in that property & we can demand the same from my mother
NOTE:Probate of WILL is not compulsary

Your mother is absolute owner of that property. children don't have any rights during her life time.

Fully agree with sanjeev and no reason to differ as provided by law

I completely agree with opinions of Mr.Sanjeev Murthy Desai.

Yes!Mr.Sanjeev Murthy Desai has correctly opined.None of you can get any thing therein by any right.Your mother is absolute owner with liberty to enjoy her right as per her wish. She can sale, gift, lease mortgage or WILL
to any body of her choice. So do not commit any silly mistake of demand of share to irritate her.
