Unapproved flats as per plan of 1987

I bought on unapproved flat at 3rd floor with uds on 2005 which was originally constructed during 1987 cmda approval only 2 flats at 3rd floor,builder constructed 2 flats kept himself and rented for 20 year,all munciapal,water,sewage tax assessed in his name.

One among the owner stored crackers and hazardas materials in the common place and most of the members objected for his encroachment and this man diverted the issue by raising why association not objected the living of unapproved flats etc?

Doest it affect my unapproved flat status?

is it possible for getting reapproval as per revised FSI since our flat is in 40Ft road.
