Dear sir,
i approached UGC for for query regarding the teaching experience required for Reader/Associate Professor that teaching experience would means an experience after acquiring the basic qualification. UGC always said that here is no provision for interpretation of rules under RTI. What should I do now.

UGC is correct, interpretation can not be given in RTI, only facts can be given.

Only the concerned ministry, or the Ministry of Law, or the competent court, has the power to interpret any legal term.

UGC always CORRECTLY said that here is no provision for interpretation of rules under RTI.
IF WHAT YOU MEAN BY RULES IS BEING DISPUTED BY SOME AUTHORITY OR SAY FOR THAT MATTER UGC ITSELF, THEN YOU CAN CHALLENGE THE AUTHORITY BY FILING A WRIT PETITION IN THE HIGH COURT.
