You have not mentioned the purpose of attachment of the file. It seems to be a brief of the case what you experienced with the ICICI Bank and NSDL, but you have not mentioned what type of response actually you want from the experts?

Probably, still you have not mentioned what specific type of help you desire from the experts.

However, you must first have the need to prepare a strong supporting ground in your favour against the fraudulent activities of the ICICI and NSDL before you lodge a complaint to the police on account of criminal conspircy of the duo.
