Court marriage detail

Dear All,

I want to know that what is the procedure for court marriage if Girls & Boys both are above 21 and 18. and what a boys need to do to avoid police action against him and how much time need for court marriage and is shall we need to apply notice period for marriage or is it possible to go in court and do marriage directly.please tell me all the detail.

One month is what is needed for court marriage. from date of notice to marriage.

the process has been explained many a times in this forum, please dig out the same.

Contact with a local Marriage Officer and collect Forms for one month notice,then file it with a copy of age, address proof and photo.After passing one month it is to be required sing in front of Marriage Officer with three witnesses and get Marriage Certificate.

Procedure has been detailed various times in this section, however, ways to avoid police action remains unanswered. You have not told what police action has been taken by police and which complaint is pending against such boy without which it is difficult to comment definitely.
