i married with a girl before 6 month ago. but she is always threatening me to destroy everything include my job.she forced me to stay away from my old parents and not to give them single money .our marriage is love marriage.i am tourchering very hard.guide me

Divorce can be granted on few fixed reasons in Hindu Marriage Act.

Cruelty is one of those grounds available for divorce. However, generally courts don't entertain divorce petition, within One Year of marriage.

It is very difficult for a male to get divorce within a short span of marriage say within a year or two. Generally it happens in love marriage as you are facing. As soon as the thunder of so-called love-story become silent, same story gets repeated just with changed names and places.

You try to reconcile with her otherwise life shall become hale. Divorce is not an easy game for a male.

MY ANSWER:
IF 3 IS TRUE THEN 1 WAS NOT THERE.

IT WAS SIMPLY LAW OF ATTRACTION.

WHY YOU WERE ATTRACTED CAN BE GUESSED ONLY.

BUT WHY SHE WAS ATTRACTED TOWARDS YOU IS CLEAR TO ME FROM VERY FACTS BEFORE ME.

IT WAS YOUR PAY PURSE.SHE DREAMED A LIFE IN YOUR PURSE AND LOVED THAT AND BY FANTASY THOUGHT IT TO BE IN HER FULL CONTROL AND COMMAND FREE TO FUCK WITHOUT ANY CHECK OR RESPONSIBILITY BUT REASON 4a and 4b HAS FRUSTRATED HER THAT IS WHY SHE IS THREATENING YOU 3 AS RESULT. ITS WOMEN NATURE WHEN SHE SEES LOOSING CONTROL OVER SOME THING SHE LOVES SHE START THINKING HOW TO DESTROY.

LOVE IS LOVE. IT IS AN OTHER NAME OF SACRIFICE WHICH NEITHER OF YOU HAVE NOR MOST OF THIS GENERATION.

On the strength of facts stated by you 4a and 4b coupled with 3 can form a ground of divorce under the term CRUELTY but you need
still 6 months to wait for filing a petition.

Meanwhile, my suggestion is that you both visit a psychiatric and marriage counselor
to short out the real problems between two
which may quite possibly emerge as some thing else than your guess.Following this advise will definitely prove beneficial,either things will be back on track or you will be having some more evidence for your case.
