Letter of administration

Once a person is appointed as an administrator he would be collecting the dues on behalf of the legal heirs.

He has to then collect all the assets and make a note of the liabilities.

Is there a time frame to do all this?

As per law of natural justice, he should complete he entire proceeding within a reasonable period so that no one may raise any objection and free and fair action may be initiated.

in absence of any express provisions no better than what has been said by Mr. Makkad can be said by any one.
