Termination from service

I was employed in co-operative society in the post of Auditor. In the course of employment i was got hearted badly and due to that heart i cannot attend the office. When i claim the compensation the society transferred me and when i told them that due to the injury i am unable to attend office they terminated me. Now i want to challenge the termination. Please guide me what steps i should take and in which court? (Society governed by Multi State Co-operative Societies Act 2002)

Paste your appointment letter as well as termination letter for giving suggestion on the said matter by the experts.

The way adopted seems against natural justice on the face of it. You can challenge the impugned order even before High Court.
