Dear Sirs
My 498 case has been going for years.Husband has been able to influence and it has been dragging for years. It is in final stages of decision. Alimony case also is yet to be decided, while divorce has been granted.
For last 15 years i have been fighting the case and am really disheartened with the entier process.
I have recently got to know that not only has he married when my petition was in supreme court, he also married another lady few years back and she is also fighting criminal case against him. Please advise, if i can get my petition in supreme court re-opened/re-investigated? Can i also file for a bigamy?

Which type of petition is pending in the supreme court?
You can lodge complaint for bigamy against him irrespective of any case pending before the supreme court.

Supreme court has since passed orders for divorce. Howeve, now i got to know that he married (third wife) while my petition was pending in the supreme court.
498 and alimony case are still pending in lower courts.
I also got to know that second person he married (while my divorce case was pending) has also filed cases against him.
