Is ther a way to get phone call records

I want to get a list of all the incoming calls made to a mobile no on my name.

Is there a way to get it by some leagal means

The list provoded by mobile company will only have list of outgoing calls and they are not providing list of incomming calls.

Actualy my wife was cheating on me and I wast to get the list for proof

you can file an application in the concerned court for directing the company to give the details of incoming calls also and also one more method you can adopt install the voice recorder in your mobile and get the call recorded and show them in the court.

yes sec 91 of crpc applied here.

you can directly apply for this with service provider and get it. if your having the post paid connections are else file a petition under section 91 cr.p.c in the court
