What husband received copy of chargesheet on first date of summon. How much times he normally receive to go through it and prepare his defence.

Ha ha, As soon as he receives the copies, he starts to prepare his defence after going through the copies.

all accused would receive copy of charge sheet and the defence is already started as soon he denied the charges

No fixed time. It all depends upon the judge and his workload with all other cases for hearing in consideration of which he gives time to the defendant.
