Affidavit for temporary home stay ?

I am a house wife and intend to take on board for a temporary period of 11 months two females on homestay facility basis. To secure my self from any litigation I had apprached a lawyer and he asked me just to obtain a notarised affidavit from the interseted party and has suggested attached draft. I now seek advice of experts for the said draft and thank them in advance for helping me to arrive at a conclusion.

well instead of affidavit make an agreement and it is paying guest facility so if you know the party or her earlier where abouts no problem. But you have to inform the local police otherwise you can even be arrested for any of their mischief.

Yes, instead of executing affidavit , it is better to execute agreement as suggested by Your Advocate ibid. Providedly, check up their domicile and Identity Proof etc for your verification and if required by Police verification.
