hi i want 2 know about the women rights if,she wants adivorce.is there any law that she can claim property n money if she has a son n her husband is drug addict?plz tell me some thing about the laws n rights for a woman.

First give the fuller details of the case.
In general the wife can get maintenance and accommodation as well.

Both maintenance and accommodation can be claimed by the woman on divorce. If the husband is drug addict, snce the property can be wasted in addition, the judge can also give special consideration to woman's request in the interest of her son's rights.
