vat on free of cost quantity

we r manufacturing we give our customer free of cost while customer by 10 box material we give 1 box free material how we have to invoice this foc quantity in invoice is there any vat on such kind of free of cost quantity?

You have to mention on the bill that so much box is free. No Vat is chargeable for that. But proportionate input tax credit may be reduced.
