Maintenance for Child

I filed a case of Restitution of conjugal right against my wife and also filed a case for Child custody. Me and wife both are employed in Govt department. We have a girl Child whose age is 1.5 years old. I know that court will only give me visitation hours. My question is that If my wife demanded maintenance for child, Could I show the LIC Children policy of my Child whose premium is paid by me alone.

yes, you can show the insurance policy, but the court allow minimum amount of maintenance to pay, even though insurance paid.as a father maintenance the heir.
