Pagadi Property

My Mother in-law was staying in Mulund. Her building is pagadi property. My father in law, brother in law, his wife all have expired. Only brother in law's daughter is alive whom I have legally adopted.

Last few years my mother in law is suffering from paralysis hence we have brought here to our place as she cannot live alone. My mother in law has made a will in my wife's name.

In case of my mother in law's death will my wife be rightful on the property? What should we do?

start living in the property
[bhogwata]and change the ele. bill ration card telephone bill pay the rent from your wife's a/c and if possible take rent receipt in your wife's name
