Limitation period for decree under consent term?

I have obtained a decree from City Civil Court at Dindoshi, Mumbai for an order passed consent terms for disposal of my late father's flats. Pl. advice the limitation period for execution of decree!

Every decree in respect of land are 12 years limitation to execute

you have to initiate execution proceedings of a decree passed in a partition suit within 12 years time
