Posibilities of transfer the case from delhi court to noida court ?

Dear sir / madam,
Actually one of the lawer told me that if I file a case of custody / visitation from Delhi court so in this case my wife can transfer this case from delhi court to noida court on the ground of child's and her own convinience. Is this true ? what are the chances of this transfer ? What should I do ? Should I file a case for custody / visitation from delhi court or from noida court ?

Noida (U.P) or Noida (Delhi). If she wants to transfer case from Delhi to U.P. She has to apply in Supreme court.

Actually noida always comes in UP and noida has its own dist court in noida phase II, while I saty in east delhi and I want to file the case from Karkarduma court. Is it possible ?

you can file the case in Karkarduma court. Noida is not so far from this court. Thus, in case, she applies for transfer, I think, she will get no remedy. However, for getting transfer from one state to another State, she has to apply in Supreme Court. I do not think, she will apply as it will will be more expensive for her than to contest the case in Karkarduma court.
