inquiry regarding job

sir
i am a LIC agent for the last two years. lic is under IRDA regulations.i got opportunity from a mutual fund house (AMC). All AMC of mutual fnd are under AMFI (SEBI). please caeify whether AMC of that mutual fund house can ask me to surrender my LIC agency or not . what is the exact rules and regulations as per SEBI guidelines . if I Provide them NOC without surreder my agency ,will they satisfy or not? sir please clear this legal point whether they have the legal right?

you will have to see into the appointment and service rules of that AMC whther they have any objection towards you carrying on your agency simultaneously or not;.
SEBI has nothing to do with it.
