EPF ke naye Rule ke anusar agar koi EPF Account three year me non payable raha to un account me interest nahi milega. office ke suspension ko yadi three years ke jayada ho aur EPF account me paise jama nahi ho rahe ho to ienterest ka labh lene ke liye kaya karna hoga.

During the period of suspension, contribution in to a provident fund account becomes optional at the discretion of the employee. Just give in writing to the employer to deduct the minimum amount of your contribution. The employer will be bound to deduct that amount and remit to the PF authorities. That way your account can remain alive to earn interest.
