i married a married man of 34 years.I am 23 and his second wife.he had experience a bad relationship earlier.his 1st wife made his life miserable by destroying his name and fame publicly.she wanted divorce from him earlier but now as he agrees she refuses.no one knows about our relationship & to tell after he gets divorced.if he lives separately from her will it be easy to get divorce early. what are the other ways to get divorce early as soon as poss? he is not staying with her for more than a month now.he also have a 2 years old son.please help how to move forward for filing divorce?

if earlier to get divorce only mutual consent, so you can convince for mutual divorce and give permanent alimony,

no you have no option accept the divorce by mutual consent of your husband with the earlier wife.

Best way is change the place of residence, last cohabited and move to different city and from that city move to another city and thereafter after living in different city the H should call his first W to live there and thereby in this way cause of action will be there for different place as they will be becoming different jurisdictions and by just changing 3-4 cities the procedure will come according to you and then tactfully file for mutual divorce. Though it is lengthy one but will save both time and money :) I had suggested this to my three clients and now they are living happily with their 2nd W's

you are in a great problem. unless your husband did not get divorce from the first wife you have no rights. advice your husband to take the divorce. If you wants more information/ advice please call at 9868529732
