every case has diffrent argument!
cross examination is not an encyclopidea.
however wht is recover in yr case,
at wht time,
at which place,
in which presence,
how the suspect caught by police,
where,
wht was the location,
around evidences,
who prove the recover thinghs,
wht was the recovers things,
how many,
and so on but first the case matter should clear!

every case is determined by it's own merits.cross exam is an art and you have to learn it,take the help of a senior adv in your court.you can find 2006/2007/2010 scc cri citation where the recovery is washed out by proper cross examination and the principles of recovery.I don't know what is your case.sec 379/411 is not a very hard case, but if you don't know it properly have a senior during trial.

thift 379 ipc dis honoest intension of property 411 ipc gold in 10 tulas seized in the presences of two mediateors arrested before the mediateros.so how to cross examination of mediateros,please send judgement if any against prosecution.
