Please give detailed expert information from leading expert in civil case. After mediation agreement signed all parties. The agreement signed parties said he is signed the agreement in free consent. The judge cancelled the Mediation agreement. The cancellled mediationagreements facts are considered the judge for the final decree . Please give expert information because the case in the sub court. The further step taken after this information.

Why was the mediation agreement become cancelled.?

firstly normally the Court cannot cancel the mediation order unless it is in contravention of law secondly , the judge has no right / powers to go into facts stated in mediation.
