sir,
when we investigate we found that the documents are falsy or not legal then what will be the legal action against the accused but one thing you must keep in mind that he have not get any salary on the basis of these documents and he just applied for the diploma and after some time he got the documents
also he have not applied on the basis of those documents
plz help out sir.........

Lodge complaint with the Police for submitting the forged certificate.

At present you can lodge FIR only.

Making application for diploma is not offence unless one know is fabricated and false and on the basis of said fabricated document and knowing it as fabricate he proceeded further, it is not an offence or misconduct.
