"Y" got served a notice to 'Z'through unregistered way for eviction of his property. 'Z' received the same and kept quite. Explain the position of 'Y' to take against 'Z'.

This site is rapidly becoming a place for finding answer both for the students and the advocates. Only the questions from the needy( who want solution for themselves) people is absent.
