The Injunction suit on a spouse can be filed directly, without set-aside/appeal the ex-parte divorce.
If so, in the same court or in any other courts[any jurisdiction limits, please be bried]in state.

what do you mean? the decree is exparte against you. you have to be file only set aside petition. if you go to appeal, the court assums that you have already accepted the decree, and so, you file for appeal.
not necessary. you file set aside petitin in the same court and got proper decree. If any problem to set aside please explain it.
