malafide transfer order

Dear Sir,
I have been working last 8 yrs as a office clerk with a pvt.company about 250 workers and staff, 1st co. issued me a misconduct notice(showcause) i denied, secondely they are issued a tranfer order to join ASSAM with immediate effect. i can't do that because my family problem and my health problem. pl advise me to how to defend,attaching the datail in jpg form

You have to abide by the order of the management. Better to give up the fighting temperament and join at Assam. After sometime you can represent and seek retransfer. Otherwise you will be inviting further troubles and charge memos for insubordination.

you are in a pvt.company, they can menage to transfer of you depended contracts with you on the time of joining. what right you are surrender for company ?
