hello,

i would like to know the procedure to register society and trust registration in delhi for a press.

Registration of a society has to be done by filing the application and the byelaws as contemplated under the Societies Registration Act. For registering the trust you can prepare the trust deed and get it registered with the Registrar having territorial jurisdcition over the area.
