session court judgement on 498A/304B.

whatever i have found so far that there is no relief from session court for 498a/304b case.I have heard that session court always giving punishment for this case.high court or supreme court is different.I am talking on session court. please put your expert comments on it.is it true that session court always giving punishment irrespective of the case merit.if anybody succeed against this case from session court please help me giving his reference so that i can personally contact to him.any expert can send me mail directly to papai_sarkar@rediffmail.com.

1 THESE OFFENCES ,SESSIONS COURT WILL GO THROUGH ALL EVIDENCE PLACED ON RECORD AND IN CASE ACCUSED IS INNOCENT HE WILL BE ACQUITED.
2.EVERY THING DEPENDS ON FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES OF EACH CASE AND EVIDENCE PLACED ON RECORD ,EXAMINATION IN CHIEF AND CROSS EXAM OF COMPLAINENT AND HER WITNESSES.
3IT IS A MATTER OF STRONG DEFENCE BY THE ADVOCATE FOR ACCUSED.PRESENCE OF MIND WHILE CROSS EXAMINATION OF COMPLAINENT BY THE ADVOCATE OF ACCUSED.HE HAS TO ASK QUESTIONS AS PER THE REPLIES GIVEN BY HER IN EXAM IN CHIEF.
4YOU FIRST BE CONFIDENT AND KINDLY DO NOT GET WORRIED ABOUT THE CASE YOU CAN GET ACQUITED.I HAVE GOT ACQUITAL OF ACCUSED FOR THE CHARGES OF 498A AND 304 B AND 306

Now only question is please provide me the best advocate's name(off course in session court) in kolkata who had successfully rescued the victims in similar case earlier.

I know it sounds a stupid questions but I want to be stupid again and again to get relief from this pain.
