Revision is maintainable against interim order of maintainance us 125 crpc or not,Kindly suggest.Thanx n Regards

Yes , very much and both before the sessions court and the high court.
The Calcutta high court has not treated such order as interlocutory order.

Any order passed in maintenance application under Section 125 Cr.P.C can be challenged by way of filing revision

If the order of interim/permanent maintenance is passed by a Judicial Magistrate, then the revision can be filed before Sessions Judge.

Likewise an order of interim/permanent maintenance passed by a Judge of Family Court can be challenged by way of revision to High Court

The judicial magistrate's order can be challenged even directly to the high court.
