Law to deter sticking posters and banners ?

I am in delhi,on every wall and pillar and post, people have pasted stickers,posters and banners, making this city look very ugly.

Under what act we can deter such activities?

Some west Bengal Act,I heard perhaps ??

you file a public interest litigation before the delhi high court. it is a public nuisance both of civil and criminal nature.

Laws passed by the Legislature of West Bengal is not applicable in Delhi. You may take the advise of Mr. Subramanian or enquire whether there is any Municipal or Local Law in Delhi dealing with it.

you can approach delhi high court or munsiff court against public nuisance, making , secretary department of local self govt., as a party.
no special enactment is necessory for this.
