Whether the Provident Fund and the Graduaty can be attched by the Civil court order in Order 38 Rule 5 of Code of Civil Procedure

No P F can not be attached. Only E L salary can be attached under order 38 rule 5

Sir Please see Section 60 of CPC where it is clealy mentioned that all compulsory deposits and other sums in or derived from and fund to which the Provident Funds Act 1925 for the time being applies are not to be lible to attachment.
