i am in a final year, kindly provide me the essential guidance to build a career in legal practice. could i do another specialisation course after LLB to polish legal skills in specific field?

yes, U should surely do any specialisation course to improve ur skill

Going for higher studies is certainly a good option...but in my humble opinion, practising under a 'senior' is more beneficial.
