I get the dirty sex email on my email id, can you suggest me how can i get hold of the person who is sending me those emails.

There is a special cell, to deal with such cyber crimes, in Delhi Police that can be of help;

Make a complaint in the cyber cell of your locality. Even the police stations are now equipped to deal with such complaints.
