If a decree under sec 9 of hma is passed in fav our of husband exparte.. How to enforce such decree and what are the consequences for non instance by earring wife?

Consequences of non adherence by wife

If wife does not join you can file divorce petition after prescribed time.

1. You can file execution petition by attachment of her property.
2. You can file divorce suit after one year for non compliance of the decree.
