i have filled divorce case against her. i want to know can he file rcr against me and what will it's effects on my divorce case.i want only divorce not to live with him.

Yes, she can file RCR against you.

Your wish is not material. It is the decision of court after weighing evidence if both parties which alone matters.

Courts should not be treated as for-granted. The right of your husband to file RCR even though cannot be denied but it shall have no relevance once you have filed petition for divorce. He can confine to defend your petition vigorously and effectively.
