Hi sir,
I have question regarding after civil court decree to non compliance (disobey )order person file ( EP) after decree how many years is time to file execution petition,

12 year is maximum limitation period.

For execution of decree in civil suit relating to land it is 12 years

Agreed with Expert Mr. Barman.

It seems the matter is award under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

The limitation should be 12 years.
