Hello
My husband file divorce case on the ground of cruelty nd living in rent....iam living in inlaw home in one room...nd my inlaw living in other room..as i came to know that my husband take her parent wid him...the house is in the name of my inlaw....now my querie is.........
1.Can my husband take their parents wid him...they can do this.if yes,this will not go against their case...2 this thing help me in my case.
PLEASE HELP ME......

ANS : YES, HE CAN.. Nothing illegal in it..

What help u need??? File sec 24 mtn in ur Divorce case , but never go for 498A etc; if you want him in your life..
